Job summary

Stratus Team LLC is seeking a Project Architect to lead design development and document preparation for architectural projects. You will coordinate design teams, consultants, and contractors to meet client needs, budgets, and codes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for design and construction documentation.
• Strong technical drafting and detailing skills.
• Ability to review and interpret complex technical drawings from consultants.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design development of architectural projects, ensuring client requirements, budgets, and technical soundness.
• Prepare detailed construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and specifications in compliance with codes.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams for integrated design
• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources; ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify construction follows approved plans and standards.
• Serve as liaison between clients, contractors, and project teams to align goals.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and oversight of technical processes.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with regulatory permits, zoning laws, and sustainability standards like LEED/WELL.
