Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from a NAAB‑accredited program.
• 5–10+ years leading architecture projects with client interaction.
• Experience in grocery/retail architecture and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to construction with clients and consultants.
• Manage multiple projects with strong time management.
• Prepare contract documents and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with design leaders and disciplines on concepts.
• Supervise architectural team members and ensure quality.
• Conduct site observations and ensure code compliance.
• Develop client relationships and respond to feedback.
