Job summary

Cushing Terrell is seeking an Architectural Project Manager in Seattle to lead a high-volume portfolio for a major client. You’ll guide projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

You will work with Principals, Project Architects, Engineers, and Consultants, managing planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client communications across fast-paced, multi-site programs in food/beverage and retail environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural project management within A/E/C.
• Experience with food/beverage and/or retail projects and ground-up 8,000–10,000 SF.
• License/PM certification or equivalent in-house training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for a major food/beverage account.
• Lead ground-up building projects 8,000–10,000 SF from concept to closeout.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and identify scope changes.
• Collaborate with design leaders to manage budgets and schedules.
• Ensure project profitability targets of 20%+ and track progress weekly.
