Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited Bachelor or Master of Architecture required
• 3 to 5+ years of job-related experience
• Grocery and Retail experience preferred
• Architect license is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception through construction
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants
• Direct activities of architectural team members
• Prepare contract documents and cost estimates
• Ensure design meets performance and sustainability goals
