Job summary

Henning Larsen's New York office is seeking a Project Architect with deep design documentation experience, including enclosure detailing, consultant coordination, and execution. This role is intended for licensed architects with 10+ years of relevant professional experience who demonstrate advanced technical proficiency in all phases of design and strong leadership and mentorship capability.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect required.
• BA/BS or Master of Architecture from NAAB‑accredited school.
• Strong technical proficiency in façade documentation and design development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design production and documentation to meet goals and codes.
• Develop compliant design solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Manage sheet sets for comprehensive documentation and deliverables.
• Produce DD/CD façade details and models meeting performance and constructability needs.
• Provide code leadership and coordinate BIM standards as needed.
• Mentor team in façade modelling, detailing and documentation standards.
• Lead consultant coordination and sustain sustainability considerations in design decisions.
