Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 6-9 years of experience; NYC-based experience preferred.
• New York Architecture License.
• Strong design skills and technical proficiency.
• Proficient in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with sustainable design and building performance.
• Experience across all project phases from schematic design through construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, documentation, and production tasks on multiple projects.
• Manage project delivery and coordination with consultants and clients.
• Oversee construction administration when required.
• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, in-person environment.
