Job summary

HKS, Inc. seeks a combined design leader and project manager to envision, design, and deliver leading‑edge façade and enclosure systems in New York.

This role requires synthesizing design, performance, and engineering requirements into cohesive, innovative solutions while leading client relationships. You will coordinate LINE Façade Studio talent with project teams, oversee design integrity, and guide documentation across phases.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architecture and licensure strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in facade design and enclosure systems across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and advanced 3D modeling tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead façade design and client relationships across multiple projects.
• Develop conceptual vision, system design, performance, and detailing for enclosures.
• Coordinate design and engineering teams to deliver implementable documents.
• Persuade and negotiate on critical issues affecting project outcomes.
• Oversee project team collaboration and ensure design solutions meet goals and codes.
