Job summary

Perkins Eastman seeks a Project Architect in New York to lead design development and technical execution from pre-schematic through occupancy. You will guide projects, develop options, and resolve solutions for clients and teammates.

The role requires passion for optimal solutions, strong knowledge of codes, and hands-on BIM management using REVIT and related tools. Hybrid work policy offers flexible days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in project architecture.
• Strong knowledge of state and local building codes and standards.
• Experience coordinating with clients, engineers and consultants.
• Proficiency with BIM and drawing production tools.

Responsibilities

• Advance design, programming and technical solutions in all design phases.
• Present options through graphical and other means for team and client consideration.
• Develop innovative, efficient, and resilient projects aligned with client goals.
• Document designs with technical details using REVIT and related software.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with clients, consultants and project teams.
