Job summary

LeoForce in New York, NY seeks a Senior Project Architect with 8+ years in architecture and 2+ years in project management to lead education sector projects. Hybrid role: 4 days on site (Bronx), 1 day remote, overseeing design and construction, budgets, and schedules.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure code compliance, produce construction documents, and coordinate with clients and consultants. NYS license preferred; Revit proficiency required; bachelor's or master's in Architecture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in architecture and 2+ years in project management.
• Experience with institutional, government, education, or municipal projects.
• NYS Professional Architectural license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design and construction of educational facilities (K-12, higher ed).
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules with the project team.
