Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a mid-level Structural Design Engineer to join our team on a hybrid basis, focusing on commercial projects across the US. You will lead design tasks, develop system layouts, and produce construction documents using Revit, while collaborating with architects and clients.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in structural/civil engineering, 2–6 years of experience, and proficiency in Revit with knowledge of ETABS, SAP, SAFE, RAM, and RAM-based tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in structural or civil engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 2–6+ years of structural engineering design experience in an engineering setting.
• Proficiency in Revit with working knowledge of ETABS, SAP, SAFE, RAM, ADAPT, RISA and Enercalc.
• EIT or PE license preferred but not required.
• Experience with concrete, masonry, steel and wood framing and gravity/lateral systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural solutions from concept through construction.
• Lead and delegate development of system layouts, calculations and reports.
• Produce construction documents using Revit.
• Review shop drawings and RFIs and participate in project meetings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and clients in an integrated design process.
• Adapt to varying codes and practices on US projects.
• Mentor entry-level staff.
