Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years architectural project experience.
Strong organization, communication and problem solving skills.
Proficient with BIM/Revit, MS Office Suite and Bluebeam.
K-12 and/or Higher Education project experience; CA Licensed Architect.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural projects from concept through construction, planning resources, schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve design and construction challenges.
Manage scope changes, control costs and ensure quality of documents.
Oversee finances, contribute to proposals and mentor team members.
