Qualificações

• Architecture license
• 10+ years of architecture experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Well versed in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Thorough knowledge of building codes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents

Responsabilidades

• Produce contract drawings from start to finish
• Coordinate with Project Manager on schedule and deadlines
• Manage clash resolution for complex projects
• Provide construction administration including site visits and review of shop drawings
• Perform local, county, state, and federal project code searches and analysis
• Represent Ware Malcomb at jurisdiction meetings and presentations as needed
• Coordinate consultants and assemble project teams for contract documents
• Ensure technical accuracy and quality of drawings
• Work with QC/peer reviewers to review contract documents before issuance
• Collaborate with consultants to create complete project manuals and specifications
• Review RFIs and submittals for consistency with drawings
