Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Architecture
• Experience on industrial or commercial projects preferred
• Revit skills
• Knowledge of Newforma
• Knowledge of building codes
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams across all design phases to deliver contract documents for permits and construction.
• Provide AutoCAD/Revit support for preparation of project documents.
• Coordinate with design resource groups for project design and documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager with construction services, site visits, shop drawing reviews.
• Perform project code searches and analyses for each project.
• Assist in preparation of project schedules and review of budgets.
• Facilitate submittals for jurisdiction agencies and communicate with clients and team members.
