Building Talent | AEC Talent Agency is partnering with an established architecture firm in San Diego to hire a Project Manager for its hybrid San Diego office. The role requires direct experience on multifamily residential towers and advanced Revit skills.

The candidate will oversee clients, project teams, consultants, schedules, and budgets, guiding projects from design through construction administration. A licensed architect is preferred and residency in the San Diego area is required.

Building Talent is working with an established architecture firm seeking a Project Manager for its San Diego office.

Direct professional experience on multifamily residential towers is required. Academic projects alone do not meet this requirement.

This role combines project leadership with hands-on architectural work. You’ll manage clients, project teams, consultants, schedules, budgets, and documentation while helping take projects from design through construction administration.

Candidates should have:

• At least 8 years of professional architectural experience
• At least 5 years of experience working on projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Direct professional experience on multifamily residential towers
• Advanced or expert Revit skills
• Experience leading architectural teams and coordinating consultants
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and client relationships
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, building codes, and technical detailing
• Architectural licensure and a professional degree in architecture, preferred

This is a hybrid position based in San Diego. Candidates must currently reside in the San Diego area and be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship. Relocation assistance is not available.
