Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture.
• Strong background in Revit & AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of design concepts with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare detailed construction documents (floor plans, elevations, sections, specs).
• Coordinate building systems with consultants for integration into design.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation for quality.
• Mentor junior designers on design and technical issues.
• Manage project schedules and resources to meet milestones and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants during construction.
• Assist in client presentations and meetings with clear design updates.
