The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 10+ years of experience, with a strong background in Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of design concepts, working with clients and internal teams to translate needs into architectural solutions.
• Prepare detailed construction documents (floor plans, elevations, sections, specs) meeting codes and standards.
• Coordinate building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical) with consultants for seamless integration.
• Review drawings and specs for quality and alignment with project goals.
• Mentor junior designers in design, technical issues, and professional development.
• Manage project schedules and resources to meet milestones and budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants during construction to address design challenges.
• Participate in client presentations and meetings to communicate design concepts and updates.
