You will drive design development, manage consultants, and ensure quality across all phases while addressing existing-condition challenges.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project managers, clients, and cross-office teams, with a focus on complex residential renovations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Beyer Blinder Belle seeks a Project Architect with leadership experience and strong documentation skills.
• Must be a Registered Architect with a track record in multifamily residential renovation projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing consultants is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural documentation across schematic to construction administration phases.
• Develop coordinated contract documents with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants for design delivery.
• Guide zoning, permits, and regulatory packages.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure QA/QC against BBB standards.
