Qualifications

• Registered Architect with NY knowledge and multi-family residential focus.
• Thorough knowledge of residential code issues and high-rise systems.
• Experience coordinating large design teams and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Produce contract documents and coordinate design team workflows.
• Lead design direction and maintain design intent with client input.
• Coordinate with MEP and other consultants; manage BIM execution.
• Prepare zoning/permitting packages and QA/QC on documents.
