Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, preferably in commercial interiors.
• Fluent in Revit and technical drawing proficiency.
• Experience leading development of drawing sets and coordinating teams.
• Mentoring junior staff while growing professional expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery—from concept to constructible design.
• Interpret codes and regulations to inform design strategy.
• Lead construction document production and consultant coordination.
• Manage construction administration, RFIs, and submittals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain design integrity through execution.
• Support project schedules, quality control, and delivery standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture.
• Participate in marketing and proposals, representing the firm externally.
