Job summary

WRNS Studio is seeking a Project Architect to lead design teams at our Seattle studio. The role focuses on guiding projects from concept through construction, coordinating with consultants and clients to ensure design integrity and timely delivery.

Candidates should have a professional architecture degree, be licensed, and possess extensive experience across all project phases with strong Revit and technical skills. Seattle on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture (BArch / MArch).
  • Licensed/registered architect (LEED accreditation a plus).
  • 8+ years architectural and planning experience with leadership.
  • Experience leading medium to large-scale projects.
  • Some interior architecture/workplace experience preferred.
  • Experience in all project phases including Construction Administration.
  • Experience permitting projects through local authorities.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes.
  • Excellent Revit skills.
  • Proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design teams from concept to construction on varied projects.
  • Coordinate with consultants and engage clients to align vision.
  • Oversee documentation from concept through entitlement and permits.
  • Supervise construction administration and preserve design intent.
  • Apply knowledge of materials and building techniques.
  • Work independently and in teams to achieve excellent design and sustainability.
