Stantec seeks a Project Architect in Raleigh to lead the technical execution of project design, building code compliance, and documentation quality. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions across disciplines.

The role requires a professional degree in Architecture, at least six years of related experience, and licensure as a Registered Architect.

Qualificações

• Professional degree in Architecture required.
• Registered Architect status highly preferred.
• 6+ years of related experience in architecture projects.
• Thorough knowledge of architectural practice and code principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute project design, building documentation, and technical quality control.
• Plan and coordinate detailed phases of professional work for major projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and ADA requirements.
• Assist Project Director in developing staff-hours and project scheduling.
• Coordinate layouts, design, drafting, and specifications with the team.
• Mentor junior staff and support development of future project architects.
• Assist in establishing project design criteria in consultation with Project Director.
• Stay informed on new technologies, code changes, and industry advances.
• Promote innovative design approaches and integrated project solutions.
