Job summary

HH Architecture is seeking a Senior Architect in Raleigh, NC, to lead design and construction phases on a variety of projects. The role reports to the Senior Architect, Team Lead, and involves coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality documents.

The candidate should have a professional architecture degree, licensure, and 10+ years of experience, with strong REVIT and visualization skills. Deltek Vantagepoint experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Architecture and licensure required.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture.
• Additional sustainable or technical accreditations encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of a team and work on a wide range of projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Execute project plans and oversee the project team's design and technical delivery, including delivering timely projects and meeting deadlines.
• Serve as a Project Manager or team member to design projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Manage and oversee the team in the production of accurate drawings, documents, and specifications.
• Review plans, checklists, reports, narratives, specifications, estimates, and calculations for accuracy and compliance.
• Present to the client on project technical and design solutions.
• Assist in pursuit of new projects, including interviews and reviewing proposals.
• Be a resource to Architects and staff.
• Maintain project information in Deltek Vantagepoint, approve time and invoices, update schedules weekly.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve project success.
• Apply a rigorous concept-based design process.
