KCI Technologies, Inc. is an employee-owned engineering, consulting and construction firm with a U.S. footprint seeking a project accountant in Tampa, FL. You will support the Operations Manager and Project Managers, handling Oracle project setup, monthly billing, AR, and related documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor or Associate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting with strong attention to detail and communication. Pre-employment drug screening and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are critical.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance.
• Ability to contribute within a team serving diverse clients.
• Experience with development and use of spreadsheets for invoices and project tracking.
• Oracle projects experience preferred.
• Understand GAAP/FAR rules and regulations related to KCI billing.

Responsabilités

• Project accounting: Oracle project setup, monthly billing and AR processes, contract and billing file setup and archiving.
• Assist with financial monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
• Comply with ISO requirements.
• Assist with client monthly reporting.
• Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors.
• Provide support to the Operations Manager, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Managers.
• Other projects as assigned.
