Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or an Associate Degree with 3–5 years of related experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required.
Basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
Experience with development and use of spreadsheets for invoices and project tracking.
Oracle projects experience preferred and GAAP/FAR knowledge.

Responsibilities

Project accounting including Oracle project setup, monthly billing, AR processes, and archiving.
Ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
Assist with client monthly reporting and project financials.
Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors.
Provide support to Operations Manager and Project Managers; undertake other projects as assigned.
