KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a qualified finance professional to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on project accounting, billing, AR processes, and contract management, with emphasis on accuracy and GAAP compliance.

You will interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors, support monthly reporting, ISO requirements, and ongoing process improvements. A degree in business/finance/accounting and experience with spreadsheets and Oracle projects are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are critical.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance.
• Experience with development and use of spreadsheets to prepare invoices and project tracking.
• Oracle projects experience preferred.
• Understand GAAP/FAR rules and regulations as related to KCI billing.

Responsabilités

• Project accounting to include: Oracle project setup, monthly billing and AR processes, contract and billing file setup and archiving, assist with financial monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
• Comply with ISO requirements.
• Assist with client monthly reporting.
• Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors.
• Provide support to the Operations Manager, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Managers.
• Other projects as assigned.
