Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Accountant to handle project accounting, billing, and AR processes for various client projects. The role involves coordinating with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely invoicing.

The ideal candidate has a background in business/finance, strong attention to detail, and experience with spreadsheets and Oracle Projects. ISO compliance and professional communication are important assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in business, finance, or accounting required or plus 3-5 years related experience
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance is required
• Ability to collaborate within a multi-service team and manage diverse stakeholders
• Experience with spreadsheets for invoicing and project tracking is preferred
• Oracle projects experience preferred and beneficial
• Understanding GAAP/FAR rules and regulations as they relate to KCI billing is expected

Responsibilities

• Project accounting tasks including Oracle project setup, monthly billing and AR processes
• Assist with financial monitoring and vendor invoice processing
• Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors
• Provide support to Operations Manager and Project Managers
• Compliance with ISO requirements and client monthly reporting
• Other projects as assigned
