Design Group, based in Roseville, CA, is seeking a Project Accounting Manager to lead a team of project accountants and ensure financial integrity across revenue recognition, billing and cash management. The role involves close collaboration with regional finance leaders and cross-functional teams.

You will oversee month-end close, project reviews, and variance analysis while building standardized training and career paths for the team.

Formación

• 8–14 years of relevant financial or accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CPA certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Project Accountants; ensure revenue recognition, billing, collections and contract administration.
• Lead monthly project review meetings and provide reports on A/R, cash, risks, opportunities, and WIP.
• Oversee month-end close including time/expense oversight, variances, and communications to leaders.
• Mentor staff, develop career paths and maintain training modules for consistency.
