Kimley-Horn is seeking a Project Accountant for our Roseville, California office. This in-office role at 2251 Douglas Blvd, Suite 200, Roseville CA 95661 involves monthly financial analysis, revenue recognition, and close collaboration with Project Managers across disciplines.

You will ensure billing accuracy in the MIS system, prepare invoices, and manage contract reviews and receivables while traveling monthly to other regional offices.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance or related degree.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• High degree of professionalism and strong people skills.
• Must be an excellent team player.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Experience using computerized accounting systems.

Aufgaben

• Monthly financial analysis and on-going revenue recognition.
• Work with Project Managers in a variety of disciplines.
• Meeting multiple critical deadlines on a monthly basis.
• Ensure all billing transactions are completed and accurately recorded in MIS system.
• Prepare invoices and complete monthly billing.
• Contract management and review.
• Coordinate and pursue receivables.
• Monthly travel to other offices within the region.
