The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of construction accounting experience, strong knowledge of job costing, project billing, retention tracking, and experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Sage. Excellent Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction draws, retention tracking, job costing, project billing/AIA billing, and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects with accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee job costing, project billing, and retention tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
• Coordinate payroll processes and AP/AR activities.
