• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in construction/real estate.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process AIA billing applications and monitor project billings.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and prepare journal entries.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation.
