Senior Project Accountant (3 Openings) – Fort Lauderdale or Miami

We’re working with one of the most respected construction management firms in the U.S.—and they’re hiring three Senior Project Accountants due to a surge in major commercial and infrastructure projects across South Florida.

This is not your typical back-office role. You’ll be embedded with the project team, partnering with operations to ensure financial accuracy across multi-phase jobs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own project-level accounting: billing, job cost tracking, lien waivers, subcontractor billing, and compliance
• Interpret owner contracts for financial requirements and compliance
• Manage subcontractor payments and documentation via Textura
• Support forecasting and cost reporting with PMs
• Handle owner billing reconciliations, time sheet entry, and accounts receivable
• Work closely with AP, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Interface with both field and office-based teams—travel as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of experience in project accounting with a General Contractor
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and communication skills
• Confident working independently and collaborating with field teams
• Experience with Textura or similar construction billing platforms is a plus
