What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and develop the Project Management team to effectively execute assigned project workloads
- Oversee project deliverables including budget, schedule, and scope to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Conduct training and mentoring sessions for team members to enhance project management skills
- Forecast monthly and quarterly sales figures through accurate project backlog reporting
- Act as the leading Project Manager for large or complex projects as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary degree or diploma from a college, or PMP certification is preferred
- Experience in Project Management within an industrial or construction environment
- Required experience with overhead crane delivery, installation, and commissioning or similar construction experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks across concurrently running projects with problem-solving capabilities
