Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift. You will work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, individualized patient care to geriatric patients on our 32-bed unit.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan; current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Apply evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care.
• Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience in a collaborative setting.
