Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity, geriatric-focused unit delivering patient-centered care. You will work on the night shift within a team-based model including RNs, LPNs, Nurse Externs, PCAs, and Virtual RNs to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate, MN licensure, and current BLS. ADN holders should begin BSN studies within six months of hire, aiming for completion within four years.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• If ADN, enroll in BSN within 6 months and complete in 4 years.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan; current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality nursing care on a night-shift geriatric unit.
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, Nurse Externs, PCAs, and Virtual RNs.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver evidenced-based care.
