Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the 3 Lacks unit, a 32-bed, all-private-room geriatric acute care unit delivering high-acuity care with telemetry and advanced therapies.

You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week, rotating every third weekend, in a nurse-directed, team-based model with RNs, LPNs, externs, PCAs and Virtual RNs, providing evidence-based, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• In Grand Rapids, ADN must enroll in BSN within 6 months and complete in 4 years.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan.
• Current BLS AHA certification.
• Experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team using evidence-based medicine.
• Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.
• Work in a high-acuity geriatric unit with telemetry and advanced therapies.
