Northrop Grumman seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead all phases of large government programs from inception to closeout in support of U.S. Government contracts.

You will manage cost, schedule, and technical performance with IPTs, develop proposals, and ensure compliance with EVM-based baselines. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree with extensive program management experience, the ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and a track record of delivering complex programs on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience in US government contracts or project management.
• Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience in US government contracts or project management.
• 4 additional years of experience in lieu of formal education.

Responsabilités

• Lead all phases of the program life cycle from inception through startup, execution, and closeout.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs and subsystems.
• Cultivate customer relationships and identify new opportunities within the customer community.
• Develop proposals and business plans; establish program organization addressing requirements.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet program objectives and report performance.
• Negotiate contracts and changes, budgets, milestones, and terms.
• Develop and adhere to master plans and schedules; manage resources and baselines.
• Conduct risk and opportunity management and ensure compliance with internal processes.
