Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineering Manager 1 to lead a multi-disciplinary team on classified programs in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical performance in cyber systems engineering.

Responsibilities include guiding architecture decisions, ensuring RMF and DoD cybersecurity compliance, and coordinating with program management to meet schedule and budget objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, CS, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-discipline engineering teams and strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience with RMF/DoD cybersecurity frameworks and system security engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across programs onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD, with primary 80% cyber systems engineering focus.
• Provide technical decisions and guidance to enable timely, high-quality deliveries and flight test events.
• Collaborate with program systems engineers to meet cyber requirements and mission objectives.
