Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Programs 2 to join the Microelectronics Center in Linthicum, MD. You will shape and execute advanced packaging technology development, prototype, and maturation programs, overseeing cost, schedule, and technical performance while coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

You will lead Integrated Program Teams across the lifecycle, drive growth opportunities, and participate in bid/proposal activities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex defense programs or government contracts.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in cost, schedule, and technical performance management.

Responsibilities

• Shape, capture, and execute advanced packaging technology development, prototyping, and maturation programs.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program.
• Lead interfaces with internal/external customers, supplier partners, and support organizations.
• Support insertion of technologies into IRAD/CRAD or production programs; identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in bid and proposal activities and interface with technical leadership to identify needs.
• Establish program baselines, manage resources, and deliver program performance.
• Negotiate contracts, changes, budgets, milestones, and key terms and conditions.
• Lead IPTs to meet objectives and present program status to stakeholders.
• Development and adherence to SOW and program requirements.
