Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of related experience including packaging, manufacturing, and/or supply chain.
• Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience including packaging, manufacturing, and/or supply chain.
• High school diploma/equivalent with 9 years of related experience including packaging, manufacturing, and/or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of engineers and other personnel that design packaging and material handling solutions for safe storage, movement, and transport of items.
• Ensure project deadlines are met considering Schedule, Quality, Delivery, Employee, and Cost parameters.
• Monitor departmental Metrics & KPIs to support informed business decisions.
• Lead contributors supporting all sites and programs through accurate reporting and problem-resolution.
• Participate in briefings with internal and external representatives on material, manufacturing risks, and constraints.
• Interface with supervision and site leadership to support program/site needs and process improvements.
• Schedule equipment and personnel to meet production demands.
• Advise senior management on work in progress, equipment availability, and potential material issues.
• Lead RCCAs as required and ensure adherence to PrOP.
• Provide mentorship and succession planning to ensure leadership readiness.
