Qualifications

• 7+ years of portfolio financial management experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Clarity.
• Experience managing portfolios with budgets exceeding $10M.
• Forecasting, investment planning, and variance analysis expertise.
• Proven experience supporting Agile product delivery organizations.
• Strong ability to partner with technology and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage programs with budgets of $10M+ composed of one or more large projects.
• Drive comprehensive planning activities and generate reports for tracking initiatives.
• Ensure creation and maintenance of deliverables for leadership review.
• Provide clear updates to senior leaders across the organization.
• Oversee development and tracking of timelines and milestones; coordinate with partners.
• Monitor multiple concurrent project lifecycles and escalate issues promptly.
• Manage projects leveraging established Agile methodologies and PM practices.
• Collaborate with project leads to identify risks and resolve blockers.
• Coordinate cross-project alignment and secure necessary resources.
