Job summary

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead large-scale, multi-year initiatives with a $20M+ annual budget.

You will direct portfolio planning, governance, risk management and delivery across cross-functional teams, providing regular updates to senior executives.

Required PMP with Agile ACP preferred, 7+ years managing programs/portfolios; healthcare experience preferred; candidates must reside in the region per policy.

Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct multi-year portfolio and/or program execution plans.
• Primary point of contact for program status and reports to senior leadership.
• Oversee program/portfolio direction including planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation.
• Ensure strong financial management of project estimates, forecasts and actuals.
• Develop and maintain program-level documentation and deliverables.
• Coordinate and respond to changes from original specifications.
