Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of portfolio financial management experience.
• Experience managing budgets over $10M.
• Experience supporting Agile product delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage programs with budgets of $10M+ across multiple projects.
• Facilitate planning meetings, prepare materials, and generate reports.
• Ensure critical deliverables are created, tracked, and reviewed by leadership.
• Provide clear updates to senior leaders across the organization.
• Develop and track timelines and milestones with partners.
• Monitor multiple lifecycles and escalate issues promptly.
• Apply Agile methodologies and professional project management practices.
• Collaborate with leads to coordinate daily progress and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional work and manage interdependencies.
• Secure resources with stakeholders to support project goals.
