Responsibilities

  • Create guest speaker itineraries and coordinate travel accommodations.
  • Develop advertising materials with Marketing; distribute campus and community materials.
  • Collaborate with partners to plan event aspects and manage spaces/class scheduling.
  • Greet visitors, answer inquiries, route messages, and manage institute communications.
