Qualifications

• Knowledge of organization or department operations, services, and policies.
• Knowledge of general office procedures and protocols.
• Knowledge and skill in Microsoft 365.
• Skill in word processing and in basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate staff effectiveness in assigned area.
• Supervise Senior Programs staff, including training and employee relations.
• Oversee operations of one or more senior centers as assigned.
• Prepare and maintain policies, procedures, and RFAs; support billing and reporting.
• Process timesheets, payroll reports, and accounts payable with accuracy.
• Balance cash, prepare financial reports, and support budget proposals.
• Generate and review program reports with client/service data and billing information.
