Job summary

EICAP is seeking a Program and Contracts Manager to lead Information and Assistance services, supervise staff, and manage contracts within the Area Agency on Aging program. The role will monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen services for older adults and caregivers across eastern Idaho.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, Social Work, Gerontology, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
• At least three years of progressively responsible experience in program administration, contract management, grant management, compliance, aging services or related field.
• Experience with aging services or government-funded programs is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Information and Assistance services and supervise staff.
• Manage provider contracts and monitor program performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements and regulatory standards.
• Support nutrition services and provider technical assistance; assist with Area Plan implementation.
• Represent EICAP in meetings, trainings, and community events.
