Job summary

The Center for Elders’ Independence is a PACE organization seeking a Manager of Contracting to lead contracting activities and coordinate with partners. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and oversees contract negotiations, approvals, and renewals.

The annual pay range is $135,937 to $164,413, with placement based on experience, skills, and market data, aligned with CEI’s compensation practices.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, finance, public administration, or a related field.
• Requires five years of experience in contract negotiations, fiscal management, or a related field.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial reimbursement practices.
• Knowledge of terms and conditions for services and legal terminology.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex contracting and reimbursement negotiations with provider networks and vendors.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle including loading, submissions, and coordination with partners.
• Ensure contracts comply with DHS and CMS regulations.
