Job summary

EICAP in Idaho Falls seeks a Senor Services Program and Contracts Manager to lead Information and Assistance services, supervise staff, and manage provider contracts. You will monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and help strengthen services for older adults and caregivers across eastern Idaho.

The role blends program administration, contract management, and community engagement with opportunities to drive quality service and outcomes in a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in program administration or aging services.
• Experience with government-funded programs and contract monitoring is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Information and Assistance services and staff.
• Manage provider contracts and monitor program performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements and prepare reports.
• Support nutrition services, provider TA, and Area Plan implementation.
• Represent EICAP in meetings, trainings, and community events.
