Senor Services Program and Contracts Manager

Make a Difference for Older Adults Across Eastern Idaho

Are you a skilled leader who enjoys program management, developing community partnerships, supporting staff, and ensuring services make a meaningful impact?

Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership (EICAP) is seeking an Program and Contracts Manager to play a key leadership role within our Area Agency on Aging. In this position, you will oversee Information and Assistance services, supervise staff, manage provider contracts, monitor program performance, ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, and help strengthen services that support older adults and caregivers throughout eastern Idaho.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine leadership, program administration, contract management, community engagement, and problem-solving while making a tangible difference in the lives of others. You will provide oversight of service quality, eligibility determinations, case reviews, and regulatory compliance while supporting and developing Information and Assistance staff. The position also includes managing provider contracts, monitoring expenditures and performance, coordinating reporting and database administration, supporting nutrition services and provider technical assistance, assisting with implementation of the Area Plan, and representing EICAP in meetings, trainings, and community events.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, Social Work, Gerontology, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with at least three years of progressively responsible experience in program administration, contract management, grant management, compliance, aging services, human services, or a related field. We are seeking someone with excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills who can effectively balance multiple priorities while maintaining a commitment to quality service. Experience with aging services, government-funded programs, contract monitoring, and staff supervision is highly desirable

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, salaried position working 40 hours per week and offering long-term stability, meaningful work, and a comprehensive benefits package. Starting pay is $26.50 to $28.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
