Leonardo DRS in Melbourne, FL, is seeking a Senior Programs Analyst to support planning, execution, and monitoring of complex programs. You will work with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver cost, schedule, and performance objectives, providing financial analysis and reporting to enable informed decisions.

Responsibilities include developing plans and budgets, coordinating schedules, and guiding proposals while maintaining program data and risk tracking. U.S.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with related technical training and at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in program management and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to develop plans, schedules and budgets.

• Assistant to Program Manager supporting program related needs
• Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for multiple and/or large complex programs
• Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
• Lead major coordination efforts for complex delivery schedules
• Consult with management and customers on modifications for optimum schedules
• Coordinate budgets across the program
• Provide expertise on proposals to identify most appropriate methods to meet project requirements outlined in the Statement of Work
• Assist with proposals efforts
• Provide work leadership for lower level employees
• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
