Job summary

You will work with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver cost, schedule, and performance objectives, providing financial analysis and reporting to enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with related technical training and at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in program management and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to develop plans, schedules and budgets.

• Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for multiple and/or large complex programs
• Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
• Lead major coordination efforts for complex delivery schedules
• Consult with management and customers on modifications for optimum schedules
• Coordinate budgets across the program
• Provide expertise on proposals to identify most appropriate methods to meet project requirements outlined in the Statement of Work
• Assist with proposals efforts
• Provide work leadership for lower level employees
• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

Job Summary

The Program Management Analyst supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved. Working closely with Program Managers and cross-functional teams, this role provides financial analysis, maintains program data, tracks risks and actions, and prepares reporting to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and related technical training with at least 3 years directly related experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience)

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
